Run tournaments, manage a venue, or operate a franchise - on top of AMS, or entirely on your own.

Tournament Hub, Venue Hub and HQ are modules of All Mighty Sync built for operators who work across more than one school. Already run a school on AMS? Switch one on without leaving the platform. Running none of that at all? Each one works as its own standalone product - its own account, its own organization, its own branding, its own billing. These modules are available by request.

Run competitions without spreadsheets, group chats, or a third-party bracket app

From a single school's internal tournament to a multi-school league, spanning football, basketball, volleyball, handball, boxing, chess, dance, skateboarding, cheerleading, athletics, tennis, padel and more.

65+ sport presets across 15 sports 6 tournament formats 3 scoring methods

Smart bracket generation

Seeded pairing keeps the top two seeds apart until the final, byes are handled automatically for uneven team counts, and results auto-advance the winner into the next round the moment a match is marked complete - no manual bracket editing.

Flexible team registration

The host can manage every team directly, a participating school's own admin can self-register and build their roster, or a team can be added fully externally - name-only, for schools not on the platform at all.

Live scheduling, scoring & standings

Score matches live, reschedule with one tap, and watch standings update in real time, sorted by the tournament's own configured tiebreaker rules. Every change fires a notification to the people involved.

Analytics & branded PDF reports

An in-app dashboard covers completion rate, goals by round, team performance and win/draw/loss rates - and a branded PDF report with your logo, standings, results and upcoming fixtures is ready to share or print.

Invitations work both ways, and one calendar covers every tournament

A hub can invite specific schools by email, tracked as pending, accepted or declined - and schools can independently discover and request to join a tournament, with the host approving or declining. A family connected to more than one school sees every tournament across all of them in one aggregated list, tagged by which school it belongs to. And whether a school is hosting the tournament or just has a team entered in someone else's, it shows up automatically on that school's own Event Calendar - no separate system to check. Today, tournament results and standings are viewable in-app by anyone logged into All Mighty Sync; a public, logged-out spectator link for parents without the app isn't live yet.

For anyone who owns physical space and rents it out

Rooms, courts, stages, studios - manage bookable resources and the organizations that rent them, with a real conflict guarantee behind it.

A real double-booking guarantee

Bookings are checked at the database level, not just in the app interface, so two organizations can never be confirmed into the same resource at overlapping times. Bookings move pending → confirmed under the venue admin's approval, or the venue can block a slot for internal use.

Tenant isolation

Each client organization sees only its own bookings, plus anything the venue explicitly marks public - never another tenant's private booking.

Member organizations, invitation-based

Client schools and organizations join through an invitation flow, with a pending, active or suspended status the venue admin controls directly.

Staff, payroll & maintenance

A full roster and shift system for the venue's own employees - separate from any client organization's staff - with payroll tracking what was actually paid, and maintenance tasks (cleaning, repairs, inspections) assignable per resource.

There's no automatic sync between a venue booking and a client school's own internal class calendar - a school still schedules its own class separately even after booking the room. Think "book your space here," not "your whole school schedule lives here."

For anyone running more than one school under one brand

An HQ admin invites existing or brand-new schools into the franchise by email or by adding an existing organization - the school's own admin accepts or declines via a secure link. HQ can configure an optional recurring licence fee at invite time, billed as its own distinct financial layer. An HQ admin can also open and run a school directly under their own brand, with its own recurring platform fee tracked automatically, switching between managing the franchise and running that school day-to-day from one account.

What HQ controls

  • Inviting schools in and licensing them
  • Franchise-wide announcements & materials
  • Member school status - active, suspended, removed
  • Aggregate, cross-school analytics

What stays with your school

  • Attendance, payments, portfolios - everyday operation
  • Your own students', parents' and payment records
  • Your own internal announcements & materials
  • Full day-to-day admin control, untouched by HQ

Multi-language, your branding, and separate ledgers that don't blend together

Tournament Hub, Venue Hub and HQ all support English, German, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian, plus per-organization branding - your logo, name and accent color - throughout their client-facing screens. And billing stays cleanly separated into distinct ledgers: what an organization's own members pay it, what an organization pays AMS for platform access, and - for HQ specifically - what a member school pays its franchise. Three separate ledgers, never one blended bill.

FAQ's

No. Each of the three works two ways: as an add-on that an existing AMS school switches on without leaving the platform, or as a fully standalone product with its own dedicated account, organization, branding and billing - for operators who have no other use for AMS at all.

Yes. Teams can be registered fully externally - name-only, for schools not on the platform at all - so a tournament isn't limited to organizations already using All Mighty Sync.

Bookings are checked at the database level, not just in the app interface, so two organizations can never be confirmed into the same resource at overlapping times. Each client organization sees only its own bookings, plus anything the venue explicitly marks public.

No. HQ gets aggregate, cross-school analytics and summaries, but not raw access to any member school's own student, payment or attendance records. Day-to-day operation - attendance, payments, portfolios, everything about actually running the school - stays entirely with that school's own admin.

Not today. What exists is an in-app spectator view - bracket, schedule, standings and a branded PDF export - for anyone logged into All Mighty Sync viewing a tournament they're not hosting. A public, logged-out shareable tournament page isn't live yet.
