Information collected through this website

Contact form. If you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your first name, last name, email address and message. This is sent via Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which relays it to our inbox. We use it only to respond to your enquiry. Web3Forms processes this submission on our behalf - see their own privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy for how they handle it in transit.

Analytics. If you accept the cookie banner on this site, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall site usage - which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked (for example, requesting a demo or submitting the contact form), and general device/browser/location information. We do not send your name, email address or message content to Google Analytics under any circumstance - our tracking events are deliberately limited to which action was taken, not who took it. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy for how Google itself handles this data.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses a small number of browser storage items:

• amsync-lang - remembers your chosen display language (Bosnian/English/German). Functional, always active.
• amsync-industry - remembers which industry tab you last viewed on the homepage. Functional, always active.
• amsync-consent - remembers your cookie banner choice (accept/reject), so we don't ask you again. Functional, always active.
• _ga / _ga_* (Google Analytics cookies) - only set if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. You can withdraw this at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies of any kind - there are none on this site to opt into.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own retention settings - see Google's privacy policy linked above for their current terms.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing info@allmightysync.com. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time as described above.

The All Mighty Sync mobile app and platform

This policy covers this marketing website only. Data handling within the All Mighty Sync app itself (for organizations, administrators, teachers, parents and students) - attendance, payments, communication and student records - is governed separately, since it is configured and authorized per organization by that organization's own administrator.
